All products at The PSP Project are digital products ONLY that is provided to in a compressed/zipped (.zip) format. You will NOT receive a physical product.If you would like your order to be placed on to CD/DVD and posted off to you, then please contact admin directly. Please note this is only available to residents in the United States, Canada, Australia & UK All shipping costs are to be paid from the buyer, the store will not cover shipping expenses. These prices will vary depending on your location.

Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, 
The PSP Project have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. Any refunds issued will be at the discretion of the store owner and entirely dependent on the circumstances of the transaction.

Purchased products can be downloaded directly from your account immediately after purchase. Your download links are valid for only 7 days with a maximum of 5 downloads per product. You will not receive a physical product. We will be more than happy to reactivate your purchases for you if you have hard drive failure or your computer crashes.

Please Note: We only offer this to our paying customers, We will NOT reactivate your free purchases UNLESS you have a paid purchase in the same time frame.

If you receive a file that is damaged in any way, Please contact us and we will happily supply you with a new download link for the product. You will ALWAYS receive the goods you purchase here at The PSP Project.
