Revoked TPP Licenses

This section is a list of licenses for The PSP Project that have been revoked due to copyright infringements. Do you know anyone violating artists terms of use? If so please go to the Copyrights Violation section HERE

#TPP00421 - Cristiane Takinami
Violation of clause 2, displaying tubes on a website or community that offers private or commercial services to the public & failing to remove them once official email sent. Violation of clause 4, failing to display digital scrap kits with proper credits or permissions. Violation of clause 6, sharing blanks of her creations via a public file sharing site.

#TPP00817 - Balderas Yaya 
Violation of clause 5, You may use only the The PSP Project images you have purchased. Purchasing an image and acquiring a license does not give you unlimited access to any image except the one you've purchased directly. Violation of clause 6, Creating tags and using tubes obtained from a share site with our licenses.

Violation of clause 6, The PSP Project Tubes may not be "file-shared". Distributing Tubes individually or through "file-sharing" is strictly prohibited. This includes distribution through any electronic or digital means: sending through sharing groups, uploading to personal websites with downloadable access, or via personal email from one person to another.

Violation of clause 2, Requesting donations to for tags by way of an always list. Tubes may not be sold or bartered or used for profit or commercial use in any way. Including creating tags & selling or requesting doantions for the creation of the tag.
