Please Note: All products at The PSP Project are digital products ONLY that is provided to in a compressed/zipped (.zip) format. You will NOT receive a physical product. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, The PSP Project have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. Any refunds issued will be at the discretion of the store owner and entirely dependent on the circumstances of the transaction. ------------------------------------------------------- 1. How do I receive my TPP license number? Once you have registered for The PSP Project you will receive a welcome email. Inside that welcome email will be your TPP License number, for eg: Dear Ms. Doe, Your Digital License Number with The PSP Project is: #TPP????? Your TPP License Number will also appear at the top of all your order confirmation emails. ------------------------------------------------------- 2. Do I need a new TPP license number for each purchase? No, Once you have registered for the store and received your TPP license number, you will use this same license number for all of your future purchases. ------------------------------------------------------- 3. How can I access my PSP Tubes once I have made a purchase? Purchased products can be downloaded directly from your account immediately after purchase. Simply go to store and log in, if you aren't already, Then click on 'My Account' and then simply choose the order you wish to download from and the download links will show. If you receive a file that is damaged in any way, Please contact us and we will happily supply you with a new download link for the product. You will ALWAYS receive the goods you purchase here at The PSP Project. ------------------------------------------------------- 4. HELP!! I have lost all my PSP Tubes and/or Scrap Kits, how do I get them back?? Unfortunately sometimes our hard drives can fail but do not despair we can reset your order for you allowing you to have access to your purchased goods. It is always recommended you backup your purchases including receipts to a flash drive or even a CD. There is NO charge to do this as you have already paid for your products we do not believe in charging you again to receive them. ------------------------------------------------------- 5. How can I report a copyright violation? All information regarding how to file a copyright violation and what is needed to do so can be found HERE ------------------------------------------------------- 6. Can I share my PSP Tubes/Licenses with friends and/or family members? Yes, you certainly can ONLY if you can prove that you are living in the same residential household. To do this you can simply scan a copy of a bill or any mail to customer service and we will take it from there. Please note you are NOT to use the same license numbers, each person in the household using the PSP Tubes will be provided there own TPP License number. ------------------------------------------------------- 7. What payment methods do you offer? We currently only offer PayPal as a payment method but please note you DO NOT need a PayPal account to make payments using a Credit Card. if you have any issues paying for an order please contact customer service on customerservice@thepspproject.com ------------------------------------------------------- 8. Can I purchase gift certificates to give to friends/family? Of course, sometimes it is hard to choose certain items to send to a friend and/or loved one or you would simply like to gift someone so they can choose for themselves, either way a Gift Certificate is a wonderful surprise for anyone. ------------------------------------------------------- 9. I received a Gift Certificate, how do I use it? You can find all information regarding Gift Certificates HERE ------------------------------------------------------- 10. How long will customer service take to reply if I send through an email? All emails WILL be replied to within a 24 hour period. Please make sure you give us as much information in the contact form as possible, this will help us help you a lot easier and quicker. If you are unable to use the form please contact us directly. We strive to provide you with excellent customer service in a timely manner. Will my TPP License expire, even if an artists leaves? The answer is NO, your TPP license is a lifetime license which will never expire. If however an artists does decide to leave the store and sell elsewhere you are NOT able to use your TPP license on products you purchase there, you are ONLY allowed to use your TPP license for purchase made here. ------------------------------------------------------- 12. How do I add a product to my wish list? To add a product to your wish list simply go to a product in store and scroll under the product description and you will see a 'Add to Wish list' button - Then your all done ------------------------------------------------------- 13. How do I access my wish list in store? To access your wish list simply go to store and click on log in, then click on 'My Account' and you will see a section there saying 'Click here to access your Wish list' Simply click on that to manage your wish lists. |
